2. Transparent Commission
Platform commission is determined based on the type of sale:
- Retail: 10% to 20% depending on product category
- Wholesale: 2% to 5% depending on product category
There are no hidden fees.
3. Payment Schedule
- New sellers: Settlement every 7 business days
- Active sellers: Settlement every 3 business days
- Wholesale sellers: Settlement after delivery confirmation
Payments are processed through bank account or ShopShipy wallet.
4. Multi-Currency & International
Sellers can receive their payments in different currencies. International payments are processed through wire transfers.
